私は常々、“ダメな会社の3K”という説を唱えています。「キツイ・キタナイ・キケン」でもなければ、「交通費・交際費・広告宣伝費」でもありません。では何かというと――

　●カミ（紙・書類）
　●カイギ（会議・ミーティング）
　●コミッティ（委員会・タスクフォースなど）

　これらはみな、多くの会社に巣食う“ムダ”の象徴です。
